Hello there and welcome to dinkydot Marketing & PR.  We may be small but we have some BIG ideas.

We are a full-service marketing and PR consultancy based in Greater Manchester covering the North West and beyond.

We provide small, medium and start up businesses with a flexible and cost effective marketing service, enabling our clients to deliver the key activities required to grow and promote their business.

Acting essentially as your in-house marketing team, we will provide you with all the services a marketing manager/team would at on a flexible and cost effective basis.

Our clients vary in terms of their sectors from recruitment companies, to engineering practices and even a private chef!

About dinkydot

dinkydot was established in early 2014, by Claire Hextall, a CIM and CIPR accredited professional with over 20 years’ experience working in the marketing and PR departments of companies such as Muse Developments, Halliwells, élan Homes and Selfridges & Co, in addition to working agency side.

The ethos behind dinkydot Marketing & PR is to work directly with clients who are unable (for many reasons) to have their own in-house marketing and PR resource, but wish to have a director-led service on a cost effective and flexible basis. 100% of our business is referred, and we have had some fantastic results, including; a number of national and regional award wins, exposure in many of the key trade and business publications and a number of successful re-branding and brand creation projects.

I am passionate about what I do, and love the clients I work with. One aspect of my unique offering is that I spend a great deal of time in my clients offices, acting as an extension of their team, getting to know them and their business to ensure I can really get under their skin to market their business effectively.


It took only one meeting for us to employ Claire to manage our marketing and PR.  The energy and enthusiasm she  has for what she is does is quite infectious. Claire has a real knack of getting things done quickly and with minimal fuss and has streamlined a much more organised marketing plan that matches  the budget we had to work with.
